In a proud moment of academic and extracurricular distinction, Kaushik Kumar Hota, a student of the Integrated B.A. B.Ed. programme in the Department of Education at the Central University of Jharkhand (CUJ), has added another prestigious feather to his cap by receiving official recognition from Guinness World Records. Kaushik participated in the historic national event for "The most users to take an online quiz in one week," organized through the MY Bharat Portal under the Department of Youth Affairs, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India. The nationwide feat, which engaged an extraordinary 390,812 participants, was officially verified and authenticated on June 4, 2026.

This global recognition further enhances Kaushik’s illustrious record of accomplishments. He has already inscribed his name in several prestigious record compendiums, including the India Book of Records, Asia Book of Records, International Book of Records, America Book of Records, and the Golden Book of Records. His relentless pursuit of excellence, along with his dedication to writing books and setting various world records, has previously earned him high praise and blessings from the Former Governor of Odisha, Professor Ganeshi Lal. Furthermore, Shri Santosh Gangwar, Hon'ble Governor of Jharkhand, also praised Kaushik for his numerous achievements during an appointment at Lok Bhavan. He was also praised by Shri Mansukh Mandaviya Ji, Honorable Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India for his achievements and records.

Kaushik belongs to a family deeply rooted in public service and academic values. He is the son of Shri Harish Chandra Hota, a Retired Assistant Block Education Officer (ABEO), and Smt. Anupama Nanda, an accomplished school teacher, whose continuous guidance and mentorship have been the cornerstone of his achievements.
